Pudu Robotics has unveiled the MP2000, an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) designed for high-speed pallet handling in manufacturing and logistics settings. The AI-powered forklift can complete pallet pickup cycles in as little as 20 seconds, making it ideal for high-frequency, heavy-payload transport in crowded facilities.

## Advanced Perception and Adaptability

The MP2000 is equipped with 3D lidar and depth cameras, enabling real-time identification of pallet locations and dynamic path adjustments. Its onboard sensors ensure safe navigation through facilities, avoiding obstacles while validating pallet size and configuration. The robot can adapt to misaligned or non-standard pallets, including three-runner and perimeter-base designs, allowing it to operate in tight spaces.

## Fleet Coordination and Manual Control

When integrated with other Pudu Robotics AMRs, the MP2000 leverages distributed fleet intelligence for local decision-making and fleet-wide coordination. The system supports multi-robot task management even during network outages. Additionally, the forklift includes a manual override feature, allowing operators to take control when needed.

The MP2000 complements Pudu’s existing T Series AMRs, which handle flexible delivery and material transport. This new model extends capabilities to heavier, palletized loads, covering workflows across loading docks, warehouses, and production workshops. It also interfaces with peripheral equipment like doors and elevators to access controlled areas.
